if you are talking about the truck in your sig then you dont have either of those things, only 2nd gen 12valves, yours is a 24valve. But to answer your question they are in the injection pump remove the top cover with the break off screw star wheel is in that cover and the fuel plate is underneath it mounted to the pump with two screws.
