2003 Where Is The Fuel Heater Sensor Located

Is the sensor wired in the same wire as the heater. I only see two wires going in. Is the heater simply grounded and there is a sensor in there also. I see a water in fuel sensor on the bottom. I also see the wires going to the liftpump. Any ideas?

Yes the sensor/heater and relay are seperate from the ECM/PCM .This is a stand alone system. The heater element operates on 12 volts at 300 watts at 0 F. As temps increase power/voltage decreases till it shuts off at 75 F+/- 8F. It is a all in one sensor/heater element. But the relay is a seperate element? According to my shop manual. When I first had my fass installed and bypassing the stock canister, I noticed a difference in cold weather operation. Since then I went back to running the Fass feed line to the stock canister. It is there for a good reason, noticeable cold weather performance improvement and I'm glad, I have it back in the loop.
