Where to start?
I have a bone stock 98 dodge 2500 24v auto. Nothing has been done to it except a single 5" straight pipe exhaust. I'm looking to increase my horse power. I looked at twin turbos and high performance injectors and pumps, but haven't decided where to start. I haven't installed a pyrometer or tranny temp gauge yet.

Well you should first start with a full set of gauges, egt, fuel pres, trans temp, then with the power level your shooting for your first and foremost should be a built trans from a good builder ie. www.goerend.com Then you can go ***** deep from there with whatever you want

Like pick up man said trans and gauges first.
I do not have any experiance with it but i am a big fan of the company but Quadzilla is now making a box called the adrenlin this is the hottest box on the market. You can buy it with the pulse witch is all your guages and also controls the modual.
THis box at its highest setting will probably smoke your tranny. but you should be able to use it at the lower levels without damaging your tranny for awhile.
Look for the adrenline beta test threads youll find a lot of imformation out about it also quadzilla is very costomer serves oriented. Good people to work with.

In order i'd go something along the lines of if your trying to go big power
Adrenline with Pulse (gets you a box and guages ??150hp??) $700??
Air filter system--BAHF home grown air filter search for it lots of info
Tranny-there are many threads on this too im a manuel guy so wont guess on it
Injectors-probably your best bet would be Machs or DDPs
Then your twins--some were at this point youll porbably have to do some work on the head so it will hold with the extra power
Hope this helps im a little over my head when you get to injectors and turbos.

Thanks for the help, I already have an after market air filter installed. I'll start with the tranny and work my way up. I really didn't want to have to chip my truck though,I shouldn't have to with a twin turbo and high out put injectors should I?

Someone who has twin-turboed a 24 valve will hopefully comment with his experience.
