Looking at one online but it does not say that it ever starts to defuel so does that mean that it will pull all the way to redline or even past? My trans would hate that addition.

RAD is sold by BD-POWER on the 01-02 dodges they have a program in the ECM which is called torque managment. If it see's a certain RPM while in gear and the tires are not moving,( like trying to powerbrake) it will defuel the motor, to save your driveline parts. Usually on stock turbos with fuel upgrades it dosent have the effect on the truck cause it will usually lite pretty fast and spin the tires before the ECM meets those requirment. But if your drag racing and tryin to build boost around 15-20lb in 4x4 it will do so. Also running bigger turbos which are laggier, you will need this to race or power brake your truck.

Thanks Brett
