Brown's started business in 1972, Ranch Hand started in 1987, All other Ranch Hand style products seem to be, knock offs,imitations,copys,look a likes etc.

Yeah the "grill guards" you are seeing down here in texas are called replacement bumbers. The most popular brand was Ranchhand but now bought out by Maverick alot bigger and heavier bumber. Cost anywhere from $600-$1200 weighing about 6oolbs.
