well the intercooler will be the last thing i do just to help move cooler air. the turbo is going to be before anything after the injectors.

I'd encourage you to get some kind of intake air temp reading before investing in an aftermarket Charge Air Cooler.

If your air intake temps are not getting over 130º or so, you will see VERY little to not benefit at all from an aftermarket intercooler/CAC.

At higher HP levels, it's not just the temp drop but superior airflow that makes an aftermarket unit worthwhile.

With a stock turbo, I don't think you'll ever see the benefit of an aftermarket CAC-- never mind one that's worth the $$.

As said before-- buy a TURBO with that money!

I have RV275s and without a box, I hardly noticed a difference. If I had to do it again, I would not have done it. For the amount of effort and $$ involved in installing injectors, go with the 75hp injectors. You'll be glad you did. I wish I did, trust me! As far as mileage, no noticeable difference from stock honestly. Since you are at sea-level, you may notice something in the RVs, but go more! Your clutch will not like the Adrenaline and 75hp injectors combo.

If you tow over high-altitudes or heavy, you will run hot, but that can be controlled by the skinny pedal. You'll just end up going slower over the big hills than the other guys. Sometimes that's too much for some and a new turbo is purchased! I know, I've been there... but can't afford the new turbo.

Your clutch or auto tranny is probably begging for mercy with just the Adrenaline.

You can buy a set of Jammer 3 100 HP nozzles for about 230 bucks to your door. Jammer 3's and the Adrenaline is all your stock turbo can handle anyway. If you like short blasts, then the stock is enough but anything more than 3 seconds WOT with Adrenaline turned up and 100 HP Jammers, you will get killer exhuast temps.

well thanks for all the help and info, like i said i have a 5 speed and a clutch and everything is holding against the adrenaline...so far...even at the highest setting with the aggressive tune in. i was just looking for a little something extra, i was probably going to go with 75 hp sticks since i'm still running my stock charger, and i don't tow that much and when i do, there's not many hills i have to worry about around the gulf coast area haha so i think i may be ok, but the turbo won't be far behind in this little adventure
