Water/meth and hybrid hx35

Water/meth and hybrid hx35
Would it work to use water/meth and go with a hybrid hx35/40 rather than going with a hx 40 work in terms of exhaust temp. Would the comp and bully dog 2 would create to much boost for the hybrid.
