Well i just wanted to know if there is any way to plug the wastegate or do something with it to make more boost and power i got a set of rv275 Injectors that will be here monday and everything thats in my sig so far all i have for boost is 18psi i put in a Electronic Boost Controller that my brother had for his audi but it gave me like 23psi i see that everyone else has like 35 38 psi what do i need to do

You need something like an Edge Comp or EZ. Those have a built in boost fooler. I don't know if your superchips has one or not. Anyways, you need to see what kind of wastegate your's has on it. If it's a rubber line, then you need a boost elbow to up the boost past stock. If it's a hard line (you'll know instantly which one it is) then your gonna need a turnbuckle to clamp the wastegate shut.

 

Why do you want more boost??

Unless you have high EGTs, raising boost for its own sake accomplishes nothing good.

You always want to the minimum boost necessary to keep EGTs under control.

More is not always better.

Raising boost alone will NOT increase power, unlike a gas engine. Power in a diesel is a function of FUELING.

You can give a STOCK truck 40psi of boost, and it will make LESS power than it did stock.
