Vt's are junk. Laughed at by most in the turbo biz.
I rememebr asking Pius about one of those things last year. He laughed so hard he nearly lost his breath.

Nasty-looking thing, isn't it? Someone gave it to me and it's been sitting on a shelf for several months. Any suggestions on what I might do with it? (Besides the obvious ones?) Sell it to Battering Ram for $300?
Tape some "D" batteries to it and sell it on e-bay as the world's first battery-powered "electric turbocharger"?

Those electric "super chagers" are so funny. My one friend showed one to me once and asked if I thought he should get it. In responce I punched him.
