Video of normal acceleration with my Goerend TC/VB

I was bored today so i made a video of me accelerating from a stop normally. Roads were wet, so no hot rodding, but thought it might give people an idea of how much better it acts than a stock tranny. I still have stock clutches. Just the Goerend TC/VB

Here is some goofing off while i was at it:

What changed from stock? Shift Points? Shift Firmness? Is it because the New VB flows more/better?

Well, basically, it puts the power to the ground now, compared to before when I could rev it to 2400rpm, and it would just be making a lot of noise, and not go anywhere. As you can see, the RPM's never have to get over about 1900rpm during normal acceleration. It is WAY better when hauling a load now. It actually goes somewhere when you get down on the pedal. I have had this setup for at least a couple of years now, and i havent regretted it a bit. One of these days, ill be going to the whole built tranny from Dave though

cumminsdriver635,

Do you have a 3:55 rear?

Yep, 3:55's, and 285 tires. It's pretty laggy out of the hole, but it moves pretty good once it lights off.

Yeah, I want to get a video of a hard run through 3rd gear, and a 20 psi launch too. From 0-80mph or so
