i dunnno thats not quite big enough for a bottom turbo but wayyyy to big for a top turbo. if you made the ps64 your bottom turbo you would have to much drive pressure. how high are your egt's? you have alot of fuel but you also have a pretty large turbo.

it would work, i met a guy at a dyno day that ran a ps64 over a s400. they were on a 12v he put down 550hp. plus a 24v will spool a little quicker than a 12v. i would go for it. if it spools to slow just send it out to htt or industrial injection to downsize it to a 62. its costs like 300 bucks

well if your planing on staying with your current power level an hx35 with an external gate is a sweet setup for towing and driving. it spools great but will only handle about 500hp without getting hot. ive been looking to upgrade to somthing bigger but i dont want to give up the spoolup

My old 64/65/14 spools the same as my current 62/71/14. I'm at 5200' elevation and it spools decent; at 2600' it spools very quickly on this old 12 valve.
Sounds like yours should spool even better at your elevation and with 24 valves.
I did have my ATS manifold and exhaust housing ported by a knowlegable race shop. It definately helps.
The ATS exhaust manifold, and an intake manifold swap will help spoolup.
I think I would find out why it doesn't spool better as is first.
Wastegate stuck open?
Intercooler leaks?
Clogged airfilter?
