Guys im selling my ford and feel honored to say that im getting a 97 or 98 12v with a 5 speed. My ? is when i get my truck can my first 2 mods be twins (undecided on which combo) , and a SBC ( will prob need a dual disk in with next list of mods) all will come shortly after : #100 plate, laser cut dv, some big sticks (undecided), and prob anything else i read about on here. i want a truck with the cooling abilitys for big power but will hook to a loaded trailer and never look back.

 

I'd do the dual disk, plate, DV's, then twins, and then the injectors. Your going to need a decent amount of fuel to spool twins.

 

you're on the right track to add air before fuel, though you're just not going to fuel hard enough to spool a set of compounds. I don't know what would happen to your air quality if your top turbo is pulling against a restriction like the bottom turbo would be without it providing a positive pressure becasue of lack of spool. Another thought...You could build the compounds, but leave the bottom turbo off until you get the fuel, then put it on. You should be able to attach a downpipe easy enough for the time being to just the top turbo.
