Twins Bracket?

How is the bottom turbo supported on a twin setup, it seems that there should be some kind of bracket to support it? I will be running an ht3b on bottom and don't think it is supported by the upper turbo alone, or is it.
If any can tell me what are the sizes of the exhaust side and inlet side of the ht3b so I can go ahead and round up some plumbing? What is the differance in using an external wastegate or a blow off valve.

My HT3B is supported with a bracket I built between the exh. manifold and the motor mount bracket. I thought the same thing, too much weight for the top turbo and manifold. Exhaust turbine is 3" x 2" in, 5" out. Compressor is 5 1/2" in, 3 1/2" out. 3/4 pipe thread on the oil drain.

A blow off valve is for the fresh air side, mostly for gassers since they have a throttle body and when its closed after WOT there is a lot of pressure that builds up that needs released. Wastegate is on the exhaust side and lets excess exhaust around the turbine wheel.

I made a bracket to bolt on to my transmission heat exchanger mount. Really hard to see with the pic I have.

I'm not sure it's the weight so much as the length of the arm created and the potential for side load?
BD has a bracket the bolts sideways to the block. It appears primarily to reduce lateral sway but may end up supporting some download!
