turned 100K (officially broken in )

My rig turned 100k this morning so after I take care of some maintenance (front end, brakes, lube all around, etc.) the bombing will commence!!!

What is the best “fix” the steering wobble?
Best front brakes/rotors?
Bushing sets?

Crank....Thy name is patience!

I waited for 10,000 miles...to be comfortable that my truck was in good shape...before bombing. That was hard enough. It has not bit me in the A$$, so I guess I lucked out.

I'm not jelous of the money you will be spending....but I envy you the thrill of feeling new HP!

Don't forget Valve Adjustment. How's your tranny holding up?

-Steering fix =Steering Stabilizer & Track Bar Kit at... http://www.solidsteel.biz/order.htm
100% endorsement from all that have added these two items.
-Brakes - I've had great luck with Wagner Therma Quiet Pads. Many prefer Hawk Products.
Read Here.. https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/...threadid=74358
-Bushings...can't help you there.
Have fun!

I get them from a friend who owns an auto repair shop. He belongs to a buying group out of Oklahoma City. I don't know what to tell you about finding them.

I turned my rotors...did not need replacing.

How many lift pumps and VP's have you been through?

I've still got 20k on my warranty and the bombing has begun. I will soon be my own warranty station

Not sure who you are asking...

I have not been through any LP's or IP.

I did install a new LP when I bgt the truck (13,000 miles) and kept the factory pump for a spare (that's how many were doing it back then)....but never needed it.
Presently coming up on 100,000 miles.

I'll chime in on the LP/IP. My truck is coming up to my 100k mile birthday and I've had replaced under warranty the LP at 33000 and the VP44 at 86000 miles. Other then that solid as a rock.

I still remember my first time with a comp. I've never once looked back. That was 50k+ miles ago. I can't wait to put the DTT in and really feel what the comp can do for my truck. This should be fun.
