turbo choice?

Ok after doing a search for, and finding most the threads about turbos, my turn to ask... Which is best? The choices I have found to be best are...
HTBG 57
schwitzer S300
BD super B
HTB2 62/12
As best as i can figure the super B is an upgraded S3000 and the HTB2 62/14 would probably be too big for my application. Speaking of which. I will probably only get 75 or 100 injectors when that time comes, but that won't be till the summer. I am looking for a reliable turbo that will get lower egt's but power when i need it. I am not as concerned with massive low end and super quick response as I am with midrange performance.
A thread on antoher site awhile back on the HTB2 62/12 has me convinced that it is a decent turbo, but I am just looking for opinions. Thanks!!

(oh, and I am not paying for it, the sponsor is. But i do have a price limit which I haven't been told yet)

Those are all s300 based turbos. HTBG = Super B. Thats a slightly bigger than stock compressor and a less restrictive housing than your hy35 turbo. The 62 is the next size up on compressor. If you order from HTT the htbg can come with a 12 or a 14 housing while the hy35 has a 9.

I would do a HTBG 62/14 if you are shooing above 380-430 hp and the 62/12 under 380 hp.

do you think the 14 vs the 12 would be too big? I don't want TONS of lag, but realize that with a bigger turbo, lag is expected. But with my curernt set up, would I still be able to get the boost numebrs while towing? I have been doing alot of reading on other sites and it seems like the low boost codes are poping up on some of the trucks. At the moent i only have the juice w/ attitude and a BD pump. Nothing else till the summer, but i will be towing until then. SHould i still get a 14? or go with the 12 and just run a little hotter?

I have a 62-12 and its OK, but for towing with the auto I think a 57-14 might be better or maybe a 57-12. This is with the auto. The 62-12 gets a little warm and it does not start cooling until I hit 2200 rpms when on any kind of hill, I wish it would start cooling at about 1900 rpms and stay cool all the way up in the rpm range. Forget the 62-14, I started with that and it stayed at 1300* + all the time when towing and you could forget the hills. If you have any questions just pm me.

1200* empty on all hills even if I lug it. I used to cruise 8 East @ 110 mph with the stock turbo and stay @ 1100 empty and now its @ 1200 @ 90 with no leaks. and climbing. I called II. yesterday and they asked a bunch of questions and said I need to check for small exhaust leaks, the turbo is running below its performance specs. it should be at 25-30 psi when climbing instead of 18-22.

You will also need new intercooler boots, my stockers kept blowing off.
