I am planning on installing a set of 100hp injectors soon and replacing the stock turbo at the same time. Anyone have any suggestions as to which turbo is the best? I am also looking for opinions on a controller...Edge or what? Thanks everyone..MURF

if you do alot of towing

if ya dont tow look into the 64/71/13ss

13 will give you quick spool up

and the 64 will help keep it cool

 

Welcome to the DTR.... as a poster

Need info. You don't list type tranny, which makes a difference in turbo size and importance of spool up! Also need to give best guess on where your headed, hp-wise.
Just one small suggestion. Do one at a time. Only way to evaluate results on mods is change one thing and drive it for a while .... just a week or two is enough if you drive it everyday.

5" mbrp exhuast
vp44 lightning pump
k&n fip kit
FASS 95 kit...

Looking for ground pounding hp and torque to drive everday. Not looking for a pulling rig, just a good hp runner. Thanks again guys and glad to be part of the community. GOD bless the USA.

 

Sounds like 500+/- hp. Assuming you have the auto tranny upgrade handled, your in a compromise situation.... needing to trade off.... fast spool up vs low EGT's. This is trickier with an automatic. I might suggest a PS 64/12... but talk to mfg for recommendations!

Other than twins... I believe the best after market turbos are the brand I mentioned about.... found HERE
