I have just the smarty on mine, and below 25 degrees it starts, goes to fast idle, less than 2 min later dies. It does this twice and then is fine til the next morning. Checking the code with smarty states "power down". I think that there is something in the smarty program doing this.

Must be a flaw in the revo, because my truck was fine last year with the old software.

this mornin my truck went into hi idle then died. i am thinking it definatly has somthing to do with the adr. not the smarty. hi idle has worked perfect with the smarty for a couple years. i have also noticed with the revised 2000 tune the fuel pump wont come on in my truck till its started.

Dieselwill doesn't have the Adrenaline, just a Smarty & his truck is doing it.

I think I was running REVO.

i dont have the smarty anymore just the hi idle it leaves in the ecm. is the only way to get the smarty hi idle out to get the ecm reflashed. to get my truck to start yesterday i had to unhook my adr and pull the battery terminals.

My truck did this once, The evening before I took the smarty program back to stock. Didn't crank the truck afterwards. Next morning started the truck, high idle worked fine. was heading back out the door to get in the truck & it died. Then the truck didn't start back till the third attempt of cycling the key. I think it has something to do with the REVO program. Until I read the post of the guy with only the smarty I assumed the smarty hi idle was clashing with the Adrenaline hi idle somehow. Now I'm at a loss. Thinking of taking the REVO of my smarty, but I honestly don't see any diff having the smarty on or off with the adrenaline myself.
