Triple Pillar Pod
How do I go about mounting it I bought it from Diesel Manor it is the full replacement but it does not have the snap in clips like the factor pillar has. Do I mount it over the factory pillar or do I need to remove the factory pillar?

I just got the same thing and was not liking the idea of how they said to mount it over the original pillar, besides that I wanted more room to run my wires . What I did was cut the top mount off the old pillar then drilled holes at the corners of where I cut the old one off then placed the new one on top of the old marked where the holes where and lined my clip with the holes I proceeded to hotglue the mounting clip back on and it worked perfectly for me and I have lots more room for my wires, hope this helps....

I put my 3-gauge pillar in two weeks ago and mounted onto the full factory pillar. You really cannot tell. I did notch out the bottom center of the factory pillar to leave room for wiring into the side of the dash behind the headlight switch. I found this to be the easy spot to pass everything into the rest of the truck. I may do some more slicing on the factory backing when the weather warms up as I have a -4 JIC steel braided hose running in between the original and gauge pillar.
One recommendation - make sure the plastic is warm! I cracked the factory pillar when I was re-installing everything in about 12 degree weather! As for removing the factory pillar - start at the top and pull lightly towards the center of the front seat. There are three clips that push into the door. They are metal clips and should pop out with steady pressure.

I tried to use super glue it didnt hold, I got a hot glue gun from wally world for 9 bucks and I have installed and removed it several times just to make sure it is strong, I did have to grind the top edge by the weatherstrippin and the headliner to get a perfect fit, but Im just to **** at times

I only used the 3 gauge pod. No factory pillar. It's held in with a black drywall screw....almost three years now, and it's never moved.
See gallery for a somewhat closeup pic.
