I know this is like beating a dead horse.I need to put in sending unit for trans temp gauge. Is the best place in the HOT line or in one of the service ports? Also if i put it in hot line,do i use a 700 or 1 ohm resistor? And thanks again for all you're time and patience for reading this thread.Oh yeah anybody have a set of 215,275,300,370 USED injectors, they might want to part with

On the '94&'95 47RH tranny you can use the middle test port pass side (this does not apply to the later RE trans) or use the the location of the stock sender in the output line, both are the same. For the output line location you will need a 3/8''x1/8'' bushing and a 700 - 1000 (1k) ohm resistor to jump across the old sender's connector. Some folks have had trouble getting the threads started in the pressure port, all the while fuild is pouring out, the stock location is better choice for this reason. If you work fast you will lose very little fluid.
