Just got my smarty this weekend and I'm woundering what setting you tow with? I tow about 12,000 plus when towing and will be in Colorado this summer. I've used sw9 around town this weekend and enjoyed the smarty. Thank's Don

 

is the EZ still on the truck? or was it replaced with the smarty?

 

I pull my trailer on #9 but I'm only pulling about 6k lbs. I would just try it and if it gets too hot pull over and bump it down.

 

i was thinking if you still have the EZ that you should load the Smarty on a setting without timing. i thought you could have too much timing when pulling loads...

 

The e-z is off at this time,trying to sell it now but no takers so I might put it back on. Don

 

You can tow on any setting. Higher number brings the fuel earlier. I would start off with #3 and work your way up. Keeping ahead of the stock turbo won't be too difficult with the fueling of the Smarty.
