I have an Edge Juice module on my truck. I usually only drive it in the 3rd power setting.

Has anyone ever had any experience with these converters? Are they good?
Also they are putting in a Transgo Shift Kit.

had mine rebuilt like this. i dynoed the other day at 264hp, im sure ur 99 is puttng out morethan that, but my tranny is holding well. the shift kick is the best part of the tranny. only problem with this torque converter is that it won support the higher power numbers i am dreaming of...my injectors come this week

. Also it was supposed to be a heavy duty rebuild and it still drives like a TERD, or a stock tranny. The converter on the other hand still locks up every nicley and does not slip. we will find out soon enough though after i get them injectors installed...

It's not just the amount of lock up disk, the stator plays the biggest row in how the convertor performs on the road If I was to get another convertor I would probably call Dave in Iowa and get one of his convertors. I've yet to read one bad thing about him on any sight you can go on. That has to say something for his workmanship.
