Do you have a link? Never heard of them, but it could be one of the other tranny shops makes it and it is being repackaged.

Well they are doing their own thing. I took their shop tour and read their data on their torque converter. I guess they would be ok if you wanted just a stock replacement. They didn’t say anything about using a billet cover or adding extra clutch surface area to the TC. I would compare it with something like Suncoast (http://www.suncoastconverters.com/about_proloc.htm ), or one of the others like , Goerend Bros, DTT, or ATS. But that is just my $0.02 worth.

 

I just got won an auction for one of their converters off of Ebay. Called PDQ first and talked to one of the owners . It has low stall, billet cover and increased clutch surface area. I'll post back when it comes in and let everybody know how it looks.

 

Are thry using the newer/better clutch material like one converter company?
If not it will eventually slip. In the mean time you will like the lowered stall speed!!!!

 

Is the converter you won for a dodge? I didn't see any converters for a dodge on the site. Maybe you have to call?
