Timing again

I have one question and that is it possible to set timing without a dial indicator? I am doing alot to truck this weekend and would like to set timing a lil as it has slipped. Dont have dial indicator yet but didnt know if I could rough set it until I do.

A few millimeters off is a big difference in timing.
