lift pump again & again.

Well it seems #3 pump is going south on me, with only 66k miles, boy this is getting to be a real PAIN. So what are you guys going with besides the ol reliable stock pump ( what a joke) eh?
I have heard of the FASS but heard they are $$$$. Anyone using the HolleyBlack think they are good?
Been off the site for awhile, need to catch up, so any help would be appreciated.

Thanks Chuck.

I had the black on my truck and now it's on my roommate's truck. Got I think 30-40k miles on it. More than any factory lift pump ever did. I had one that was dead before I drove it off of the service lot.

Yep the FASS is a few $$ alright but you probably will never need to deal with it again. It also makes your FP gauge pretty borring to watch. I cant say you will but somehow I got a little better mileage There has been much discussion on the Holleys and there reliability and you still need a big line kit to boot..... so because the FASS comes with it all, the price isnt far of a line kit and a couple of Holleys(if one ever takes a dump on you) Of all the people on this site the only one that had a problem with one was HID but we all know Murphy uses his truck for home base However I have heard of countless Holley failures

Since Chuck hasn't been around for a while, the Fass II is the pump from the FASS, without the filters.
