Thinking of a Hybrid
Turbo of course.
I installed RV injectors over 10 years ago. A decent upgrade. I also installed a power puck and boost elbow soon afterwards. However, the PP died after a couple months and so I have been driving the truck like this for the last 70,000 miles.
It's a little too smokey while towing for my taste. I have no plans to hotrod anymore than it is now.
My thoughts were to install a new compressor wheel and housing to make towing better. I do not want to degrade the off the line acceleration.
What's the best deal? I have seen a couple kits on the web (have since lost the page). I found these two on Amazon:
No idea if these are good, bad or "stay away" products.
