is there something to make my wheels look wider?

i dont have money to buy fat rims n wheels...but i was wondering if there's some sort of spacer..like 1/2 inch or something i can put behind the wheels to give them a wider looking stance

You could do wheel spacers, but I wouldn't recommend them on a 3/4 ton diesel. If one breaks, and they do, you could lose a wheel.

They are not cheap either. I would just save my pennies and then get wheels and tires.

You could buy new wheels that have less of an inset.

And when youre driving and loose a wheel, well, that's not too good.

And... by adding a spacer, you may run into rubbing problems while turning depending on your tire size.

Wait a minute........... I just sold a Dodge 1 ton that had FACTORY "spacers".

These were bolted to the hub and it took a 8 lug 1 ton wheel and were 4 1/2 inches.

Take these off and bolt on a 8 lug 3/4 wheel.... worked for me.


Whats the difference if you do it or the factory does it???

He's only going 1/2 of an inch. I say go for it.
