anyone take out their stock gauges for after market one that will actually tell you some thing i am wanting to ditch the stockones for some autometers or something
i want to know everythig from air intake temp to oil preeure and everything inbetween that should be watched on a performance engine

 

your taking the stock guages out of the dash?? if so you will obvisouly need those guages plus:

Pyro
Boost
Fuel pressure
Tranny temp (manual or auto)

thats all the ones that you really "need" but of course some have more than that. others might be:

Air intake temp
Diff oil temp
Boost temp

 

yes iant to ditch those stock one for ones that will actually tell me something

ya they are a joke you would think autometer or some one would make a complete drop in set of gauges for diesels like they do for stangs and camaros

look at the diesel market you cant tell me that it could support alot more aftermarket stuff that autometer and other similar companies reserve for the smallblock hotrod crowd
