Yes I have recently installed one of thier converters. All I can say is WOW. There is no comparison between stock and the unit they produce.

The cost was a hair over 600 shipped to my door.

Towing is a little different from stock. In stock form I would have to stand on the throttle to get going. This converter has changed that. Now all I have to do is ease into it and it moves out very nicely. If you stand on it from a stop with a load the turbo has a little lag, but once it builds boost your darn sure going somewhere.
When the overdrive lock up happens there is about a 150 rpm drop, best I can tell with the factory tach.

I think that I ordered the converter a little to "tight", but it sure is fun when the truck is empty. My rear brakes will not hold once I hit about 1600 rpm.

So far I have seen a increase of 1.8 mpg with my in city driving, that would probably be better but I have a hard time with my right foot.

I forgot the name of the place where my dad got his updated convertor for his 1st Gen. and he was really happy with it. Then I seen the address you guys posted and its the place, because I remember driving to Bradford. It was referred to my dad by his friend who drag races an 800+hp Hemi Belvadere. I cant comment on their shift kits but their torque convertors are great!

Has anybody heard about Mojave Green Torque Converter Company?

I went to there web site and have read great reviews on their tc's.

Does anybody have one and what do you think?
