Question Stock Truck Upgrades

I have a 2001 2500 HO 6 Speed. I was wondering how much power the stock drive train, and fuel system can handle? Second I was also wondering what the best route to go for adding power, I wanted to go with a adjustable box, but I was wondering if it is better to go ahead and first upgrade the fuel system then add a box second to avoid any possible problems. I want to add about 150 Hp and maybe 250-300 Lb Torque, however I want to do this right and not run the risk of hurting anything in the long run. Any suggestions on what the best box is would be good too, I have always thought it is better to buy the best first and not regret it later when the bargain ends up costing you more money. Thanks a lot for any suggestions you can give.

My setup works fine with the stock drive train.

How much torque do you think that you are making?

If you want to bomb I'd first buy a set of gauges and drive with them for some time.
EGT, fuel pressure and boost- after determining a baseline and seeing if everything is up to par you can start thinking of bombing.
With the HO I'd go for a fueling only box and some injectors- either RV275s or DonMs EDM stuff. You'll need a bigger turbo and a better clutch then. (More or less, depending on what you want to do with the truck)
