well, I got the stacks all mocked up , and was lookin at where to put my hole in the box,Where? I know you want it in line with the exhaust pipe, but if I put the stacks up tight against the front of the box, even with a 1 inch spacer I run the chance ofcutting the hole in the floor right through the box frame! are you suposed to go through it or behind it? help me! thanks

 

I cut right through the rib on mine and my sons.

 

aren't you afraid of loosing support? how did you cut yours? got any close up pix how you cut the hole?

i also cut through the support you can't really haul much with stacks anyway ecspecially with a short bed
