Smarty video

Ok fellas... I went and bought a digital video camera just so I could film this. It's my truck Smartified with DD3's blowing a cloud from idle. Enjoy. If you doubt that the Smarty fuels down low, here's some evidence.

Cool vid. I'm on the fence about getting a Smarty. I'd like to see a video of your truck taking off from a stop, just a normal take off. I'm trying to get an idea of how to take off without tons of smoke. My truck is setup close to yours, minus the Smarty. Thanks

So, are you running the smarty alone?? How does the smarty alone perform?? I've been thinking about selling the EZ and getting one.... but i'm still a little undecided. Have they given a horsepower/torque rating to the smarty yet???

Will smarty take my EZ on trade in??? LOL!!!

He'd running smarty and dd3 injectors. On the dyno the smarty won't show a big increase in hp- the difference is driveability, responsiveness, and fun
I haven't seen any dissapointed smarty owners yet.

Running the Smarty with DD3's. My EZ is in my garage never too be put back on the truck. Truck is much quicker and more responsive than it ever was with the EZ and it doesn't defuel at 2700 RPM's....

about more videos; it will be this weekend at the earliest but I'll try and convince the camerawoman to endure some smoky takeoffs. I know it's hard to believe without the video evidence, but you can drive the truck without a bit of smoke and keep up with normal traffic flow or you can black out the lanes. You can always load a less aggressive program as well.

Was your motor warmed up all the way? I'm surprised you got that much smoke without being in gear. She must really lay down the smoke at initial take-off with no boost (in gear)? How does the truck pull throughout the rest of the rpm range? How was the smoke prior to the smarty install?
