Have you pumped it repeatedly?? You have to pump and pump and pump then pump somemore to bleed the air. You should feel the pedal come up as you push the pedal up and down. Done several cars and trucks with the slave/master setup and all have been bled like this.

I just put the HD unit in from southbend a few weeks ago. One easy mistake to make that i did is to not tighten the lock nut. I figured that it didnt matter since when when the piston was connected to the pedal the sleve on the end could not be adjusted so i didn't worry about it. Wrong. I thought i was in real trouble when i still couldn't get it right until i realized that the shaft could rotate inside the piston and the sleeve on the pedal end so it kept coming out of adjustment. Tightened the lock nut and that obviously quit ha. Ur prob not as dumb as me so you have probably already thought of this but if not, at least its an easy fix. Good luck

all you have to do is fill master up leave top off of it have someone watch it
so it dont go dry, and get under where the slave is and grab the arm that
pushes the clutch and slowly work it it will push the air out the top at master
just dont let it go dry. only takes a few times to get the air out then you can fill it up and pump it from in the truck should be good to go
