Should i upgrade???

i am completely new to diesels and was wondering, If I put an Edge Comp in my completely stock truck, would i have to upgrade anything else to handle it? Thanks, Awall

It depends. If your clutch,a nd fuel system are in good shape right now; you should be fine. I feel like your stock clutch would hold a comp without problem as long as its decent right now. You just want to make sure you are keeping plenty of fuel pressure to your Injection pump at WOT. Also; tapping the pump wire can kill the pump, so that is something else to consider.

right now at WOT my fuel press drops to about 9... i was wondering if i should get a new LP... and my clutch is in good shape
