I have been planning on going with 200's and a 64/71 with a smarty stack for a sled pulling/daily driver/minor towing rig, but since I got laid off, I have been towing on a daily basis. I tow loads any where from 7,000#-25,000#. I have been towing with stock turbo and comp on 2x5, when I get up to speed or hit a grade I see egt's around 1100-1200*. If I stay at 1200 for to long (45sec-1min) my water temp will rise and I will get out of it, I can stay at 1100 all day and no problems. I see boost around 20-25lbs. So if I go with my plans of 200's and 64/71 would I be wost off??? Can I run that????? Any other setup that will work for me and be good for towing/sled pulling/daily driving????

I think you should stay where you're at if you are using your truck to make money.

That's no fun LOL, I am going to add more power one way or an other, I have seen guys talk on here that tow with high hp and looking for advice on a good combo to upgrade my sticks and turbo with that tows good or better. Does a 64/71 create enough air to keep things cool and would 200's help with spool up???? Anyone tow with a similar combo???? I could go compounds but trying not to
