s475 for twins

so i think i found the turbo i want to use for my twins set up. the only problem is im not a expert so i need the help of the turbo gurus on this. the turbo size is comp wheel 75mm turbine 87mm and turbine trim is 96 and the turbo is non wastegated but i will be running a tial44 and my jammer bb which is a 58mm non wastegated on top. what do you guys think? and i will eventually be going to larger injectors maybe around 180+. and a 100 shot of nitrous.

what is the exhaust side a/r or cm of the two turbos? also your sig doesnt indicate your running orings or studs yet. you will also want to use a billet output before any good boosted 4x4 launches. what twin kit will you be using to do this? it should be matched to your set-up and RPM range or you will not be optimizing the potential of the set.

and im not going to be doing anything more then 15psi launches and was told that the tranny will be fine. and all the other supporting motor parts i will do as well. i have all that figured out i just am not sure what s475 to go with and the jammer bb size is a T-58 compressor ( 58.4 mm inducer) with a 68mm 10blade Q-trim turbine. The turbine housing is .84 A/R something like a 15cm 4" V-Band
Its non-wastegated. The turbo is in the same power area as an HX40, but more robust and slightly quicker spooling.
It has a mass flow of around 60 lbs/min, with a peak pressure ratio of 3.8

try here for the 475 : http://www.forcedinductions.com/productsborgwarner.htm
also what RPM do you use them in? if top end is your game then the 1.32 will be fine, but a 1.10 will light better with the top turbo you have. You can expect to see 70+psi with decent fueling which means you may "pop" the CFM. I like to use a 3" hot/cold pipe set for DD/tow vehicles and 3 1/2" for street/strip, 4" for dyno/race queens. also use the biggest and highest flowing filter you can find. conical is best to prevent "suck-in" so the turbos wont eat the filter! yes, that DOES happen! LOL!

Powermad,
That ebay turbo is the same as the forced inductions 1000 HP capable turbo. The forced inductions S474 looks to be 25 bucks cheaper too.

The 1.32 exhaust housing will spool slower but have a little more HP potential and have slightly lower drive pressure at full power tilt with the nitrous flowing.

Should have went with the twins. I run BB jammer with S476 and I builds boost crazy fast. Have not ran into heat issues yet. Powermad where did you get those specs on the Jammer? I have the same ones but dont think they're right.

diesel dynamics, they used to make the jammer turbo and there injectors. thats were i got all my jammer stuff. yea i am going to miss the jammer turbo but i plan on running mach 7s and a 100 shot of nitrous in the future but i have decided to see what i can do with a single plus it was a awesome deal on the silver bullet! and twins arnt in the budget right now. i might kick myself for this later. but when it comes time to run twins i think im going to have them custom made by pius im thinking a wsb over a s480 or a usb over whatever pius thinks but i just hope i can spool the silver bullet sith my current jammer 4s and edge box

Not to be rude but Turbonetics made the Jammer to Edge's specs. I emailed Turbonetics to get the specs and they told me they could not release them, I had to email or call Edge and ask. I have sent an email to Edge with no luck so far. Wonder WTH is so secret about it???

I think you would still be fine with the Jammer. I can take thrust loads much better than journal bearing turbo. I'm probably close to around 800hp just on fuel. Only issue I have it hookin up on the dyno. Once the Jammer spools the primary a hits hard! BTW check out www.bullseyepower.com. They have great prices and can build primary to you specs. Where my primary came from. I think you will be able to spool the silver bullet. Laggy though and probably not good for in town traffic. JM.02
