I recently did the muffler delete project, but left the resonator. What exactly is a resonator, and what does it do? With the muff off, it wasn't much louder, but I get a deeper, richer sound. I'm thinking about getting rifd of the resonator now. Also, how does a strait pipe make it though inspection?
