Jamie:
I read the other post about your truck and will have to say, if you got the $$$$$$ to do that to your truck, then just do. For me I wouldn't be caught in it. I got a truck to work and use towing the fiver. But really the day will come when you will " mature" and get old like me. When that day arrives you will have more things to worry about than a truck bouncing up and down. And a air lift won't help. The up is the "hard" part. Down is easy..
Oh well, to each his own.

..PT..

Re:rear full air ride suspension

Man ever since I was little when I saw a dropped chevy daulie on the highway I loved it. But I couldn't help but notice that man there are not that many customized dodges out there I mean look in the magazines how much stuff can you really get for the dodge trucks compared to the chevy's? Its sickening how crappy it is to find nice stuff for these trucks try and find a good looking grill for a ram good luck! So I wanted something different and as phox pointed out how any dropped dodge daulies have you seen out there practically none that is why I built the truck to be different there are lots of lifted rams around and I have seen lifted daulies but not lowered ones! I love my truck the way it drives and rides I bet most have never ridden in a daulie that rides like a caddie and cornes like crazy look at the rubber out back these things handle like a car down low its pretty cool. I actully have one good story for a good use for air ride for guys that think lowering is crap. My truck when the bags are dumped lays the frame rails on the ground. This is a good thing trust me! One night I let her down and some guys tried to steal it well good luck dragging a 1 ton down the road with the frame scraping we ended up catching the guys and they were prosecuted. Another instance this one a little funnier. I was driving up this strip on may 24 weekend and bouncing and playing and a cop pulled me over and told me to get out and to shut the truck off he was having it towed for being unsafe so I dumped the bags and got out and walked off with my keys. The tow truck guy showed up and scratched his head and looked at my truck I said if you put one scratch in it I will sue you pants off for messing with my ride. He laughed at the cop and left said in his words "I can't tow that thing I can't even get my arm under it" The cop then changed his mind and decided to let me go on my way I thought that sotry was funny so I jumped in my truck put her up to drive height and went on my merry way.
