Although I understand your situation with a bad vendor, and I sincerely hope that you can get this worked out, it is not a good idea to post this kind of thing with business names in the post. Not only are you setting yourself up for possible litigation, but you're doing the same for me. As the owner of the site, I neither agree or disagree with the content of this post. BUT, please keep in mind that I do NOT want the risk of such litigation and ask that in the future, you all steer clear of posting business names when talking about such service issues.
