It would be great for my pto driven a/c generator. Maybe make it a break-out box we can buy seperatly and connect it to the adrenaline? I would looove to have an on off switch with a little digital rpm display and **** to adjust the rpms.

I'm sure it would take some work.. but it would be nice for everyone to setup their own files.. Not quite EFI Live.. but choose the options, setting.. and then pick the files for each level..
Just a suggestion...

Didn't mean to get off track here Quad, my appologies!!! Any Race Box's on the way out to us North of the boarder? Myself and Demon would like to bring the Adrenaline box to the next dyno event on November 10 and show it off...

If quad made a "vp44" live. He would be assasinated by the big wigs that think there the only ones that can tune the vp44.

But it would be the baddest of the bad

Lets get part #1 done and we will go on to cool stuff later!

We have a lot of plans and a lot of flexibility but, I am not promising anything more than what I mentioned in the very first thread at this point. Everytime I do that I get in a pickle.

All I will say as that as the product progresses I will work hard to bring all the possible cool things I can to the table.

I would not expect any fancy automatic high idle stuff or tune customizing stuff on the first release. Especially since we have USB capability and we can add it later and anyone can download it.

Oh, BTW more boxes are supposed to go tomorrow. And I fixed the surging issues.

Cool! Will this be the case in big injector applications or will that need to be verified.....hence the reason this is a Beta Test. Are any going out to the folks with big injectors yet?

If the surge is just the nature of the beast in a race box, personally I would be ok with that as long as I can select another setting that doesn't surge for daily driving. I know my TST Comp surges in the higher settings, but you can put it on the lower settings and still daily drive it. You don't feel the surge until you let off so in a drag race setting you don't feel the surge.....until you hit the traps....after that, it gets ugly.

Of course if you can get rid of the surge and not sacrifice maximum power, that would be the ticket!

Holy cow!!!

Someone stole my truck and replaced it with a new one...this box is REALLY responsive, mash the go pedal and yer gone! (so are my EGT's and boost!!!) on PL00 the boost fooler is all that's "on" and the truck runs nice, bump it up to PL02 and it's a good bit stronger than with my VA box, PL03 will get you some smoke and nice smooth power. (about all you'd want in town in traffic) I went straight up to PL06 and got a cloud of soot and I was amazed at the response, this truck was flat gettin' it...I was also amazed at how fast I hit 1400* and the boost jumped to 40 just as fast, I felt the surge too but if you're careful you can reduce it some with the pedal! I'm a little concerned about keeping both in check on the dyno...I'll have a chance to see tomorrow...I gotta download the rest of the tunes tonight...
