Question for anyone with an ISSPRO fuel pressure guage
Theres a big rubber grommet on the drivers side firewall....probably 3.0" or so. I cut a slit in the rubber and ran all my lines and tubing through.
Be careful on the guage placement - the oil pressure guage in the pic covers the diagnostic port - which is ok on a 12V but you probably want to leave yours uncovered so you have access.
Are you installing a pyrometer and boost guage? If so, this is a good time to do it - its much less painful that way. If you arent doing the other guages, you should consider it.

Dr Evil,
Thanks a lot for all your help with this. I've been reading threads about fuel pressure gauges for the last couple a years on here, just finally got around to getting one myself.
Yeah, it'll fit next to the diagnostic port. I'd already looked at that since I have to access it for my Superchips tuner.
I've already got the pyrometer and boost gauge that came with the Banks kit. I did debate on just getting the whole Isspro kit from Vulcan and then selling the Banks gauges, but they're still working fine and I just didn't want to go through the hassle of redoing the whole thing.

ctd89-99 must have a "one in a million" gauge.
I can't recall ever hearing of an internal leak in a Isspro gauge before.
Mine hasn't leaked a drop in 9 years and 135,000 miles.
(and mine sits on top of my dash)

I have the Isspro 0-30psi fuel pressure gauge run into the cab without an isolator. I used rubber, diesel friendly, fuel line and connected it to the bleed port and gauge with barbs...after first removing the tire type valve with a tire valve removing tool.
I recommend using enough fuel hose so that you'll have enough to reach out the drivers door so you can bleed the hose by bumping the starter.
