Have a 01 Cummins with a 6 speed manual. looking to get a little more MPG and power out of it. I'm turning 35 inch tires so i know mpg wont get to much better. I have an edge ez on my 03 and that is getting the job done but i don't want to spend 500 bucks on the ez. So I'm looking at the Quadzilla XZT is there any one that can give me some feed back on it that would be great.

 

i am running the box and it has been great. lot's of options in different tunes in regards to cold engine protection and high idle.

for the price you can get it at from the DTR store - you really can't go wrong.

 

^ yep great all around box. I believe both the Edge & Quad add roughly 65hp.

 

Might as well get the XZT+ and have the on the fly adjustability. I've never seen any mileage increase with mine...but I haven't seen a decrease either!!!

 

Got mine and run it for some time now and if I keep my foot out and have it in the mileage mode I can get right at .8 better mpg. A lot more fn to slap it into the performance mode though. There are a lot of tunes available. For a mild change it works for me and the tow setting works great. I tow the 5er and the boat and get right at 11 to 11.8 MPG. It just makes me smile> : )
