I've got a 95gal.pump only. The problem i am having is at idle it has 15 psi, when i hammer it i can pull it all the way down to 5 psi.I have an external gauge that i can plumb into the injection pump with same results.it used to be that i had a hard time pulling it down to 9 psi when i nailed it.any ideas.

was this when FASS was new .... or before HPFP (FASS pump only)?
If the 9 psi was also HPFP, could be as simple as time to change fuel filter.

I assume you eliminated the lift pump when you installed HPFP?

yes how old is your fass. does it have a polishe alumn block on it holding it to the frame. also how are you getting your fuel from your tank. do you have a draw straw. and like mentioned before. the filters. before I was upgraded to the fass 150. I had the 95 old style but I had 14psi on wot. and around 18 idle. it started to weep and they replaced it free and with a 150 model and now have 21psi at idle and never below 15psi.

I changed the filter same prob.i have a draw straw it's been sitting on my work bench for over a year which probably isn't doing a lot of good.the pump is the newer one 3 yrs old or so.i had the alum.block off yesterday and streched the spring a little but didn't do much, i guess i'll have to drop the tank and do the draw straw.
