Quadzilla XZT Review

I received my quadzilla xzt module today and thought I would let you guys know what I think about it. First I have to say that I was very happy with all of the service from the folks at Quadzilla. The module was very easy to hook up but I did have one problem. Apparently you can plug the rail pressure sensor harness in backwards. After installing it the truck would'nt start. So I put the supplied bypass plug in and the truck started but sounded like you dropped a bag of marbles in it. I checked code and had 5 DTC codes set. I removed the two engine plugs and paid close attention to how I plugged them in and the truck fired right off. I have to mention too that they have he best instruction manual that I have seen so far. As for the power I have no reason to doubt the 65hp/165 ftlbs claim that they make. I can break the 285/70/17 bfg mt's loose in third if I want to. The power is very smooth and not notchy/surging like some of the other chips I have own. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for good power increase without the excessive heat.

Glad you liked the instruction manual. (I had a lot to do with its final overall presentation) I beta tested the standard unit and the instruction manual was the first thing I was all over. I do testing for the Navy's Submarine fleet, so that part of my beta test period was a no brainer.
I spoke with quad about the plug issue, a fix is coming to those who have issues.
Enjoy your box.

These glowing reviews for the product are exactly the reason I decided to carry the Quadzilla products here in the Online Performance Shop. I get lots of comments on the great pricing of these units compared to some of the other alternatives out there.

Looks like Quad has a real hit with this new product line.

Does anyone know the torque #'s for these? I believe the 65hp box is 165 lbs/ft, but what are the numbers for 100hp and 140hp boxes?

I pm'd Quad, but have not received a response.

2003Ram do a search, the numbers you're asking for have been posted. I guess it's a matter of you spending your time to look up the answers or you wanting quad to spend his time repeating himself I believe the max torque was 250.

I've done a search and did not find what I was looking for. If you know what the numbes are, just post them and save the sarcasm.

Thanks Larry and Onesource. I'm pretty sure I'm going to order the 140hp version for my '03 235hp Cali truck. That should wake it up. Looking forward to seeing your numbers.

Production fell back a day because they ran out of switches for these boxes and had to wait for the new shipment to arrive. They are back up and running so you should be seeing your new toy soon!

It is incredible the amount of these that I have sold. Never before have I seen such a high demand for a single product.
