What flash do you guys have? We had a similar issue a long time ago but, the newer flashes that are on the website now fixed all of that non-sense.

I've been running the ADR3000 tune, the first release version. Is there a newer one?

Today I got on it hard, box set on PL07 [dyno tune]. My truck shut off & when I tried to restart, it had no fuel pressure, pump wasn't running. I waited a minute & it fired right up?

Does the fuel pump actually shut off?? Or does the IP just run out of fuel??
If the lift pump is shutting down, why does it do that??
I keep hearing everyone say that the pump was dead when the truck died. I'm just curious as to what makes the pump shut down if that is the case.

I cranked it & it wouldn't start, no fuel pressure. I bumped the starter to get the LP to build pessure to start. It didn't kick on & I cycled the key twice, still nothing. I thought it was a blown fuse, nope. Got back in & it fired right up. Had fuel pressure. I've run PL10 for a week with no trouble, this is the first time it has died on me.

This is what I keep hearing. I'm a little confused as to what "kills" the lift pump.

I believe it's a safety feature built into the airdog and fass(so I've heard), don't really know what for though.

I've had the problem of the truck dieing on the freeway where when the box turned on it free revved because my tranny slipped so bad and then lost fuel pressure. and gave me P1691 I have the box unhooked now.

Well if that is the case, I will figure out how to bypass it. It never did it with the other tunes or PL. I only had 1/8 tank of fuel though & luckily it was in my driveway. I'm thinking that it was a fuel level thing.

I think its more than just the LP draining , I run a stand alone system usen a by pass regulator set at 20lbs and it never moves from that and the truck still dies only on the dyno tune but if you stack a smarty with the dyno you can get more RPMS out of it b4 it dies and I can free rev to 3900 and its smoother than a comp but will still dye if taken further

You are probably right, thinking about it, I had my Smarty loaded last week & no problems. I returned Smarty to stock Wednesday, didn't drive it yesterday. I haven't really hammered it till today & it happened. You are right. I'm going back to the 3000 tune.

Well new info guys, I wentt o the track tonight and the sled 3000 tune I had loaded and a smarty on SW8 will take you roughly 5-6 feet on a stock output shaft. I didnt even get to use the new nitrous setup. I only launched with about 5 psi for this reason but this particular setup seemed to make a bit more power at low boost than I had estimated lol.

That sucks. Sorry to hear that. "sled 3000 tune"? Is that just the ADR3000 tune or am I missing something?

So after getting my truck back together after the HG it threw a crosshead. now have that fixed.

Had if run up to 3600-ish Rpm on level 5 pulse. pulled hard no truck dieing. no massive explosions, no leaks.

Get some stumbling around the 2000rpm mark under light throttle input.

So do I understand it right..........the custom tuning of the pulse is not active?

I still have a beta Pulse V 1.0.0 .........

The truck took 60psi boost the other day like a champ.......so I think its time to hit the dyno let it loose. What version program is best...recommendations?

I'm useing a 2000 level tune from the website right now. I've never seen a 3000 level yet
