I bought my '93 used and I know that it has been turned up, but is there any way to tell how much. TIA

 

not really except looking at the full power screw and see if you can see where the paint was in the stock position. you can also check under the diphram and see if the eccentric is turned to get full fuel. how much boost are you getting?
