PSC steering box, bleeding air

Just put in a new steering box from PSC over the weekend. Real nice feel and since my old box was a 4turn this new 3turn is much easier to steer.
If any of you folks do this on an older truck, buy a new pressure-side hose
Only prob so far is the air is difficult to purge. I jacked up the truck and spun the wheel back and forth a bunch and randomly now I go to take a corner and Im fighting what feels like no power steering. Sound like air?
I also had a big fight trying to get the swaybar to line up under the truck so I could bolt the DSS under the swaybar mounts. No idea whats with that..

I have that happen on mine to but it's usually after long trips. The steering gets almost impossible to turn. I'm getting a new PSC box sometime this week hopefully and I'll let ya know if that fixes it.

I have a sneaking suspicion its fluid overheating. The next step up in steering boxes requires a fluid cooler apparently.
That steering change could lead to an accident if it was timed just right
I like it so far.. less turns and less wheel effort. Seems like feedback from bumps is more abrupt though. Might look into a better stabilizer to damp that a little.

I put a fluid cooler on mine. Iv'e got the 3 point something ratio box. The fluid cooler didn't do a dang thing to mine to help it.

So did it significantly reduce the "herding" feeling going down the highway? In other words, when you touch it left, it goes left RIGHT now?

What I was getting is a LOT of wheel travel necessary to make an adjustment on the road.. so Id overcompensate and have to do it the other way. Over and over! It gets really tiring on long hauls.
I havent hit the highway since the mod so no news on that yet. Now the only thing that worries me is the wheel gets really hard to turn at random. Like spinning the wheel to reverse direction in a 3-point turn, or taking a sharp corner. Im pretty sure all the air is gone and the fluid level looks ok.
