Tyler, what turbo did he get? 402 is pretty good for Mach 1.5's and a COMP on yukky winter fuel.

Its not the 62 part of the 62/12 that might hurt the 500 HP mark. Its the 12. The housing is somewhat tight/restrictive. HTT might be able to get you a 14 housing for the turbo you have and save you money.

You have some choices on fuel:

1) The HRVP44 with the injectors you have should do 500 or real close.

2) M4.5's and keep the pump you have will make 500. Ultra driveable!

3) M4 or 4.5 and the HRVP44 and you will make 565-580. No Joke. I had a customer make 604HP with a HRVP44 and M4's. He had a PS66 turbo.

If you want to keep the turbo you have, the HRVP44 with M5's will crack 530 with ease, but will run hot on high box settings.

That was with a Super B. He's got an 01 HO with a drag comp, Mach 1.5's, Super B Turbo, Scotty 2, 4" straight pipe. This was on summer fuel back in say september or so. I was dang impressed with those numbers. He did I think two runs at 401 and one at 402. Needless to say, my 371 with a comp and 275's and a ksb-1 felt pretty inadequate at that point which prompted me to buy 100+hp injectors and now a catcher. When does it end?

I ain't even close. In fact, about 250-300hp off of my goal. If only I could get the tranny built this summer I'd be golden. We shall see.

well i have a adkins lil 55 headed my way very soon, and my comp will be getting upgraded to a drag version by the end of the month.

im also preparing to swap out my injectors for some 150hp units so i should be just shy of 500hp by the time the spring dyno day rolls around for the MDTDC...gonna be a fun day for sure.

Read through this one again and noticed a few of you were waiting to dyno again, anybody have recent dyno results? Looks like i'll be going with injectors from DonM in the Mach 4.5-4.9 range. I still need to talk to him about it though. I would like to crack 500hp without getting a HRVP44. Dyno days are coming up around here, gotta get movin! I need to find 66 horsepower to get there!

I just dynoed the other day on a mustang dyno. How much are they supposed to load the dyno. They loaded it with me around 28%, which wouldn't allow me to pull very high rpms.
