Is this problem the FASS or the FUEL
Well I was just going down the road and stood on the throttle and the truck shut off. I check and the fass was not running. Checked the fuse and it was cooked. Changed the fuse and primed it and she fired up. Now my question is there something messed up in the fass wiring or could my fuel have jelled and ran the fass dry and burned the fuse, because it is about 28 here for the high today and I have not started putting anything in my fuel yet. Thanks for the help
Your fuel will not be gelled at those temps, way too warm. Almost all diesel unless you bought it in the deep south and even then should have enough additive to keep it from gelling to temps way lower than the teens and twenties
Totally agree with 24vpuller!
Anti-gel additives are included by Oct 1st in your area..... and even without them, and taking into account we now have ULSD, gelling temps are usually in the 15*F - 18*F range.
