They dont look painted. Looks like off of an industrial machine.

Should weld the seams, would look cleaner...but still looks good.

I'm getting brackets made up in our machine shop that should clean the whole thing right up! I spent a lot of time sanding and painting the 90s and t-pipe to look that good! Good quality heat resistant paint.
