Injector nozzels

well i just bought some 120hp injector nozzels for my truck and i was wanting to know how hard is it to replace the nozzels. is there any special tool that is needed. i am wanting to do them myself but if it's to hard there is always the route of taking it to a place around where i live called diesel fuel injection service.

Its real easy to swap the nozzles out. its under an hour job for me now now. My first set took me closer to two, but its all straight forward and easy

Nozzels

What is the point of buying a high hp injector if you can buy the nozzle for alot cheaper. Is there any benifit in buying the whole injector? Im looking at getting some nozzles and having my injectors pop tested and all that. Should I get the whole performance injector or just the nozzle instead thanx,

Paul

I second that. Any benefit of nozzels over the whole injector. They are cheaper for a reason. Is it one of those you get what you pay for deals? Thanks. Tom

the nozzles are a great deal if you've only got 300 bucks to shell out for 150 hp. (cheapest hp youll get. period)

Now, ive ran both. Jammer IV's, and my machs. Id be running jammer nozzles if they made them in high enough hp.

The machs are worth the money. My 220 hp machs smoke about as much as my 130 hp jammers.

for a starter upgrade, the jammers get my vote. At a 900-1000 dollar difference, you cant go wrong!

I am looking into the Nozzles. I want to make about 400 RWHP - assuming I upgrade the turbo to an HX40 or S300 or something - which ones should I be looking at : ??

# 60HP (jammer stage 1)
# 80HP (jammer stage 2)
# 100HP (jammer stage 3)
# 125HP (jammer stage 4)
# 150HP (jammer stage 5)
